My Story
I grew up working alongside my father on construction projects, and over the years, we built several houses together. Those early experiences taught me the value of hard work, patience, and attention to detail.
As our projects evolved, so did my interest in woodworking. I began building custom kitchen cabinets for our homes and milling our own woodwork from rough-cut lumber, learning firsthand how raw materials can be shaped into something lasting and meaningful.
My father always believed that any job worth doing was worth doing well. He taught me to give every project our best effort and to never sacrifice quality just to finish faster. Those lessons have stayed with me and continue to guide every piece that leaves the shop.
Along the way, I also leaned on my technical training from college and my professional career to blend modern technology with traditional woodworking. Today, tools like CNC machining and laser engraving allow me to add precision and repeatability when a project calls for it. Not every project requires technology, but when it does, it becomes another tool that helps deliver a better final result.
At the heart of it all, my passion is still the same as when I started: working with my hands, solving problems, and creating something meaningful. Everything I know about craftsmanship began with my father, and Pine Run Works continues that legacy by providing the highest level of quality and service possible.
